Social Media workshop for ambassadors

Kulturkarnevalen is a dynamic cultural event in Finland, uniting youth through creativity, arts, and diversity.

Starting Point:  

Kulturkarnevalen faced challenges in reaching and engaging their target youth audience, with low visibility on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok, and underwhelming recruitment of youth ambassadors.

Our Approach:  

We crafted a yearly marketing and social media strategy focused on connecting with young people. Key initiatives included creating targeted content for Instagram and TikTok, launching a successful youth ambassador recruitment campaign, and conducting social media workshops to empower ambassadors to lead the online conversation.

Impact:

Kulturkarnevalen experienced a significant boost in social media engagement, follower growth, and content reach. The recruitment campaign attracted a record number of youth ambassadors who played a vital role in amplifying the event’s visibility. Our efforts not only increased awareness but also established a sustainable framework for future youth engagement, ensuring Kulturkarnevalen's ongoing success in the digital era.
